Job Objective

The Chief of Staff (CoS) serves as a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring the efficient execution of key initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Job Description

Drive and track key business initiatives and ensure alignment across departments.
Oversee the CEO’s priorities, ensuring timely execution of strategic projects.
Lead special projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and timelines.
Serve as the liaison between the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring seamless coordination.
Drive accountability across departments to ensure strategic priorities are met.
Support cross-functional collaboration by ensuring effective communication between departments.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for the CEO
Provide critical insights based on data analysis, market trends, and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
7+ years of experience in a business-related role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
Excellent negotiation, presentation and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
