We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Marketing Manager to lead business growth initiatives, drive revenue expansion, and enhance market positioning. This role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships to unlock new business opportunities and expand customer and vendor bases.
Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to maximize business potential.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive strategies to inform business development tactics.
Lead initiatives focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven insights.
Build and manage a high-performing sales and business development team to execute growth plans.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the success of business development initiatives.
Negotiate and close large-scale deals and contracts with clients and partners.
Spearhead efforts to expand market presence in existing and new regions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in driving business growth, increasing market share, and executing strategic partnerships.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
Results-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
Passionate about e-commerce and digital business growth.
Must be highly strategic and have a deep understanding of e-commerce business models.
