Job description
This position will play a key role in supporting the CEO and the board in the delivery of the organisation’s strategic, financial and commercial activities.You will coordinate accounting and finance activities in the country. Your main duties will include but not limited to:- Management of the monthly and annual reporting process, – Review and upgrading of internal controls and procedures,- Compliance with local tax regulation, – Analysis of budget data to identify outcomes and trends and make recommendations towards projections and forecasting,- Liaison with third parties: government representatives, external auditors, JV partners and tax administration, – Support and mentoring to the finance team members across the project
Who we are looking for
With a University degree or a qualification in accounting, finance or business, you have a minimum of 10 years in a similar senior finance role ideally within a resources or construction or energy environment.A proven track record will also include experience in fast paced and changing environments, international exposure, the ability to manage a variety of internal and external relationships, leadership and executing strategy to maximise operational performance.
