Chief Finance Officer

Job Description

Responsible for management of the accounting function, including preparation of all monthly, quarterly and annual accounts
Management of internal and external stakeholders; Board of Directors, Divisional, Department Heads, Audit firms, Banks, Management Consultancies
Oversee the Treasury and Corporate Finance functions to adequately mitigate financial risks and enhance the growth of the organization
Provide accurate, timely and astute financial analysis and advice to the CEO and Board of Directors
Assist with the planning, review and implementation of information systems to maximize financial & investment efficiency and reporting

Requirements

Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in administration or related field.
Post Graduate Qualification in administration, health or related fields
Certification in or professional membership of administration, personnel or related bodies
Good knowledge of Ms Excel, Ms Word
Minimum of 10 years’ experience post-NYSC
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant and related field
Direct experience in business partnering with board of directors
Relative experience in insurance, preferably health insurance.
Attendance of related Courses/ workshops/seminars etc
Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to operational management
Independent and self-motivated
Excellent communication, persuasion and presentation skills
