Our Client is a restaurant company located in Ebute-Metta, Lagos, looking for a talented chef to join their kitchen. The ideal candidate will not only have excellent cooking skills but will also possess a keen eye for quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Salary: N200,000 – N400,000 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes catering to various dietary needs and preferences.
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Ensure all food is prepared according to the restaurant’s quality assurance practices and food safety regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new recipes and innovative menu items.
Oversee food storage and ensure kitchen cleanliness at all times.
Follow food handling guidelines and adhere to hygiene protocols.
Qualifications:
Proven 4-7 years of experience as a chef or in a similar culinary role.
Strong creativity and ability to tailor meals to diverse dietary requirements.
Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
