As the Chargeback Analyst, you would be responsible for processing basic and more complex payment-related disputes on behalf of Aku.
Must Have;
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in chargeback analysis or a similar role in the financial services industry (Preferably Fintech)
Strong understanding of chargeback processes, rules, and regulations.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with merchants, customers, and banks.
Knowledge Of fraud detection and prevention techniques.
