Center Manager

Summary

As a Center Manager, you’ll need to wear many different hats; the planner, the problem-solver, the educator and the counselor being a few of them. 
You should have the skills to communicate with various people, handle budgets and logistics, and keep all educational programs running.
The Centre Manager serves in a leadership role responsible for managing center operations, and provides leadership in strategic and operational planning.
He /She leads the development of center initiatives, and improvements for effective delivery of center programmes and services.
The typical duties of a Center operations manager will include designing and implementing sales processes, policies, and systems; managing the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting; analyzing sales performance, trends, and metrics; providing sales training, coaching, and support; evaluating and optimizing the sales.

Qualifications

qualify for a Center Manager position, typically a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required, along with 6 years experience in operational management, customer service, staff supervision, budget oversight, and the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively within a center
