Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for CCTV systems, including cameras, recorders, and software.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CCTV equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Assist with the installation and commissioning of new CCTV systems, including configuration and testing.
Maintain accurate records of technical issues, repairs, and maintenance activities, and provide regular reports to management.
Work collaboratively with other technical teams, including IT and security, to ensure seamless integration and support of CCTV systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years
Technical Skills Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, including cameras, recorders, and software. Proficiency in networking protocols and IP technologies.
