Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced CCTV/Access Control Project Manager (who will also function as an ELV Manager) to lead the full lifecycle of our security system projects. With 10+ years of experience under your belt, you’ll be responsible for delivering top-tier solutions, primarily focusing on CCTV, biometric access control, and other essential ELV systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of security system projects, from initiation to closure.
Design and implement systems that meet client needs and adhere to industry best practices.
Manage a team of technicians, installers, and subcontractors.
Collaborate with internal IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration.
Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and maintain thorough documentation.
Oversee system integration, testing, and client handover.
Provide ongoing technical guidance and support.
Stay uptodate with the latest security technologies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
B.Sc / HND in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Security Systems.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Hikvision certification) are a strong advantage.
10+ years of proven experience in CCTV, biometric access control, and ELV systems project management.
Deep technical understanding of IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, access control panels, biometrics, ANPR, visitor management systems, alarms, and turnstiles.
Experience with software integration and customization is a plus.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols and IP network design for surveillance systems.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Demonstrated leadership ability to manage and motivate teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Experience managing vendors and suppliers.
