Call Center Officer

Responsibilities 

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
Guide potential customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
Help customers place orders and understand payment options.
Conduct follow-up calls to assess customer satisfaction, and resolve concerns.
Maintain accurate customer records and log all interactions in the CRM for reference and analysis.
Work closely with support teams to stay updated on new product offerings.
Receive calls and manage call center correspondence.
Responds to clients within approved timelines.
Improve turn-around time for orders and deliveries.
Any other task as assigned by HOD

Qualifications

First Degree in Communication, Arts or a relevant field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
