Call Center Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Agents to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls and providing exceptional customer service. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Answer and manage inbound and outbound calls. 
Provide exceptional service which includes identifying and resolving customer’s complaints. 
Maintain accurate records of customers interactions including call logs and customer’s information. 
Meet and exceed performance targets 
Stay up to date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informative responses to customer’s enquiry. 
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve overall team performance. 

Requirements: 

Minimum of B.Sc / HND in related field is required. 
1-3 years of experience needed. Experience in Customer Service or Contact Center role especially in the financial industry will be an added advantage. 
Must have basic computer skills. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. 
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
Strong attention to details. 
Must be able to work collaboratively in a team. 
Fluent in English language and any other Nigerian languages.
