Details:
Our client is a reputable specialty bakery café serving cakes, food, drinks, ice creams and more.
Duties:
Opening up and closing down and ensuring the café is secure at all times
Setting up and managing the café each day
Attending team, front of house and staff meetings as appropriate
Willingness to attend training as appropriate
Cash handling, float management and till reconciliation daily
Staff training
Requirements:
HND/BSc. in any discipline
Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a Bar/Lounge/Café
