Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in any field
Must have completed NYSC or hold Exemption certificate
Fluent in written and spoken English – additional languages is an advantage
Excellent health and fitness levels
Demonstrated ability in problem solving & decision making
Demonstrated ability in attention to detail & quality
Excellent personality and the ability to work within a multicultural team
Job role
Responsible for upholding the safety and service standards in line with cabin crew NCAA regulations
Responsible for reporting any incidents, occurrence or observations to the commander, on flights and manage cabin services
Ensure decorum and code of conduct is maintained by the cabin crew, when in uniform
Conduct an all-encompassing pre-flight briefing and a post flight de-briefing
Responsible for ensuring cabin safety and security onboard
Provide optimum comfort and service for passengers with courtesy, efficiency, thoughtfulness and assistance
Publicly behaving as an ambassador, representing the best interest of the airline
