Business Strategy Analyst

Job Description

Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
Identify business trends utilising real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to management and then follow-up on all results.
Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress.
Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Prepares technical reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends.
Provides analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation.
Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the project management team to prioritizes deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of B.Sc. in Business Management/Finance/Economics.
Minimum of 6+ year’s professional experience.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel &Word.
Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Detailed analytical abilities
