Business Process Management (BPM) – ProcessMaker

Responsibilities:

Provide insight to business partners on current A&PD capabilities, ensuring components of initiatives are reusable in broader initiatives
Identify and Analyze
Design, Test, and Implement
Monitor and Improve
Participate in initial discussions to identify potential business processes for automation
Collaborate and establish business relationships with Subject Matter Experts to fully understand candidate processes
Methodically examine the structure of processes and making strategic decisions to determine fit for automation, fully understanding selection criteria
Identify any process re-engineering opportunities
Estimate timelines for development of automated processes
Establish partnership with Information Services and serve as a liaison with appropriate personnel to understand system capabilities and requirements

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree or HND in computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Electronics, Information Technology or related field.
Deep understanding of ProcessMaker 4 (PM4) is of priority
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to identify business requirements
Partner with Subject Matter Experts to create process documentation to be used in automating processes, ensuring alignment with process policies and procedures
Maintain a single documentation repository that can be leveraged across the organization
Maintain existing documentation as changes are made to processes
Execution of software change control procedure for production equipment automation devices
Creation and execution of disaster recovery procedure for production equipment automation devices
Understanding of SQL, Python, Java, MS Visio, MS Access and can automation anywhere in a financial institution.
