The Company is seeking to hire a highly motivated and organized individual to join its team as a Business Operations Associate. S/he will be critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across various functions, supporting internal processes and external client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency across teams.
Oversee administrative tasks related to payroll, compliance, and employee benefits.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of materials for events.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless execution of projects and events.
Assist in planning and executing company events and team-building activities.
Monitor key performance indicators and KPIs to identify areas for operational improvement.
Maintain strong communication channels across departments to support collaboration
Key Requirements:
Bachelorʼs degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2 years + of experience in business operations or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using project management or operations tools.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
