Job Responsibilities
To develop strategies to increase sales opportunities, identify new business opportunities and manage the operational activities of different teams.
To manage customer service department at the head office and work closely with other department heads and branch supervisors
To co-ordinate head office & branch operations, daily report writing, sales and incidence reports.
Liaise with the Accounting department on Stock-taking of consumables, product items for sales, over-due garments
Manage customer service issues, customer database, and marketing efforts at increasing daily sales
Manage, maintain, and ensure judicious use of company resources and property used to run the daily operations
Report to Management at the Head Office
Undertake Training of new staff members on the use of the retail EPOS, Dry Stream and the standard LHC SOP.
Suggest and implement strategies/processes for optimal business performance.
Utilities maintenance and management.
May be required to handle cash for safe-keeping.
Handle the marketing of the company’s products and services and related businesses to customers in your jurisdiction/branch.
Supervision of head office and branch staff and management of employee related issues.
Business development and growing new business ideas.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields.
At least 5 years experience in business development, marketing and administration in the service industry.
Should possess essential Management skills such as Leadership and Team Building.
Must possess strong marketing flair, knowledge of the market terrain and negotiation skills.
High energy with hands-on approach to responsibilities.
Verifiable track record of success.
