Business Manager – Sales Department

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team across assigned Express Centres.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.
Analyze sales data and report performance to the Regional Manager.
Collaborate with other departments for seamless service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree
2+ years in sales management.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
