Business Manager (Sales and Marketing)

JOB OVERVIEW:

As the business development manager you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, including market research, lead generation, and networking. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client base and market reach.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and market reach.
Develop and execute business development strategies, including market research, lead generation, and networking.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.

REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCES

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in similar position or sales and marketing 
A passion for, and experience in influencing visually-led, business-growth-oriented work,Young, hardworking, smart, result driven/self motivated, extrovert, excellent with sales and marketing.
An entrepreneurial mindset that is equally strong in ideation and execution.  
Flexibility and adaptability with excellent time management skills, including prioritising, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.

NOTE:Candidate must reside in ikeja or within its environ.

SECTOR- Hospitality (An Event company)
MODE OF WORK- Onsite 
SALARY- 180,000 NGN
INCENTIVE- Bonus for anyone they successfully sign
