Experience
Interested candidates should possess a BSc / Master’s Degree with at least 7 years’ experience in Managing retail operations in a chain of community pharmacies.

Operational Efficiency: Ability to optimize pharmacy operations, including inventory management and workflow optimization.

Conflict Resolution: Effective conflict resolution skills to manage disputes and complaints.
Pharmacy Operations: Understanding of pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory management, and patient counseling.

Healthcare Trends: Awareness of healthcare trends, including advances in technology, treatments, and patient care.
Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry developments as well as develop training guides to train other pharmacists and pharmacy staff.
