Organizing & coordinating the commercial relationships with your partners,
HR responsibilities:
Playing an active & consulting role to our recruitment team to optimize our attracting policy
Selecting & recruiting your new consultants team
Being in charge of the consultant career evolution (annual review, training…)
Qualifications / Background
You have a Master degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering,
You have a track record in Business development,
You have a good knowledge of Oil and Gas technical fields,
You have ideally 2 years’ experience in a West African country, VIE accepted,
You are a good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active,
You are autonomous, you can manage your own priorities but you are also a team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests,
You feel good with initiative and motivation to reach planned & ambitious goals,
You speak French and English fluently.
