Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Growth Executive to join our team and drive our business expansion. A business growth executive is responsible for driving a company’s growth by increasing.
The Business Growth Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly within the cleaning and facility management industry.

Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
Promote all company services, including cleaning, fumigation, pest control, and supply of consumables.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.

Market Research and Strategy:

Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
Conduct competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
Develop customized service packages based on client needs and industry trends.

Proposal and Presentation Development:

Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to design innovative service solutions.

Performance Monitoring:

Track sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to management.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve objectives.

Sales and Acquiring New Customers:

Generating and Conversion of leads – Create sales opportunities through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Building relationships – Foster relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and investors
Negotiating agreements – Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with clients, partners, and investors
Managing sales: Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
Representing the company – Represent the company at networking events and conferences
Planning marketing – Help plan and oversee marketing and advertising initiatives
Managing risks – Work with management to identify and manage company risks
Staying updated: Stay updated on industry trends

Requirements

OND/HND and Valid Driving License
Minimum of 2 to 3years experience in a Facility Management or Cleaning/Pest Control Companies

Skills:

Intermediate MS Excel user
HSE knowledge
Familiar with Pest Control and Cleaning Equipment
Driving with valid license will be added advantage
