Responsibilities:
Identify and Pursue New Project Opportunities: Research and identify uncompleted building projects, including residential and commercial developments.
Build Relationships with Developers and Builders: Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, and other stakeholders to secure new project opportunities.
Conduct Site Visits and Assess Project Feasibility: identify potential challenges, and develop strategies to overcome these challenges.
Develop and Present Customized Proposals.
Negotiate and Close Exclusive Contracts
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Legal, marketing, planning & projects, to ensure that all project opportunities are properly vetted, pursued, and delivered.
Track and Report on Sales Performance: Track and report on sales performance, including project pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Market Analysis & Strategy: Analyze industry trends to target high-growth areas.
Develop strategic plans for expansion into new developments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of corporate sales experience in the IT/ICT industry is preferred.
Proven track record in corporate sales and client acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data, develop effective sales strategies and drive sales.
Experience designing and implementing strategic plans for internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to create comprehensive proposals from start to finish.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
