Job Summary

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills to strengthen the company’s competitive position within the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to attract new business.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align business development efforts.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business performance reports.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently under pressure.
Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
