Business Development Officer Product Manager

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B, B2C, and B2G sectors, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government agencies.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Negotiate contracts and agreements that maximize value for both the company and clients.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Create and deliver impactful presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
Proven track record of at least 7 – 10 years in business development, sales, or a related leadership role.
Experience in managing B2B, B2C, and B2G partnerships and projects.
Strong understanding of market research, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to network effectively.
Expertise in strategic planning, contract negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and drive results.
Proficiency in creating impactful presentations and delivering them to diverse audiences.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills to work across departments and deliver client solutions.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
