Description:
He will be required to identify new sales leads, plan, oversee and be involved in all marketing initiatives;
He should be able to negotiate sales and close business deals;
He will develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials;
He will develop business proposals for existing and new customers;
He will develop innovative strategies for retaining clients, to include undertaking interviews in order to get feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan of the company;
He will engage in market research in order to identify new opportunities for business;
He must understand the trends in the company’s field of specialty;
He will be required to locate/propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities;
He will explain to potential customers about the various benefits offered by company products or services, follow them up so as to sell and close the business deals;
He will be required to screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential/financials, and evaluate the investment/business options;
He must be driven, passionate and persistent;
He must be result oriented.
