Job Expectation
Call clients and ensure they subscribe for a plan.
Help clients to solve various challenges regarding the platform via phone.
Fix agents for meetings with the offline manager in need of physical assistance
To keep a record of each agent on google sheet.
Communicate with agents regularly via phone call, SMS and email.
Qualifications
BA/B.Sc/HND
Experience: 1yr
This role is also opened to serving corpers and graduates awaiting service.
