Develop marketing plan for the business and ensure that the plans are implemented to time and budget
Develop customer understanding and relationships.
Initiate strategies for maintaining a continuous level of engagement between the organization and its audience.
Employ strategies to create partnerships between the organization and its clients rather than consider the relationship to be merely transitional.
Ensure that there is a mechanism or level of communication in place to guarantee that the customer’s voice, views and concerns will always be heard and addressed.
Other generalized tasks may include product development and distribution, writing of contract, proposals presentations and meeting with potential new clients.
Managing the firm’s relationship with existing clients (Private and corporate) and initiate and develop new relationships
Liase with and assist finance to ensure that corporate clients remain well within their credit limits.
Enhance the company’s digital marketing platforms, monitoring activities across the different and relevant social media platforms.
Any other assignments as instructed by your supervisor.
