Key Responsibilities:
Developing and Implement Growth Strategies: Creating and executing comprehensive business development plans to achieve company objectives.
Identify New Business Opportunities: Conducting market research to identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
Building and maintaining relationships: Cultivating relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to promote the company’s services and products.
Developing Proposals and Presentations: Preparing and delivering compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients and partners.
Collaborating with Internal Teams: Working closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
Monitoring Market Trends: Analyzing market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Meeting Sales and Revenue Targets: Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales and revenue goals.
Organizing Events and Workshops: Coordinating and attending industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s brand.
Preparing Reports and Updates: Providing regular reports and updates on business development activities, including pipeline management and performance metrics.
Negotiating Contracts and Agreements: Managing contract negotiations to secure beneficial terms for the company.
Maintaining Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the client relationship lifecycle.
Performing other duties as may be assigned: Supporting the CEO and management team with additional tasks as required.
Core Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Must not be younger than 24 years.
