Job Description
Formulating, coordinating and actively engaging in advertising and publicity drives for the Hospital and its services.
Managing and coordinating on ground marketing initiatives,etc.
Working closely with network expansion and operations team – Creating presentations on targets, impact measurement, goals for the entire marketing team for regular reviews with senior management.
Working closely with the Head of Business development to support programs and initiatives at the hospitals with specific focus on adding value in the long term.
Working with stakeholders externally to enhance the Nisa brand. Working with the PR agency, with the ad agency to enhance brand and communication strategies.
Meeting and exceeding monthly business development sales goals.
Develop and implement a brand awareness and positioning initiatives.
Identify and establish relationships with potential healthcare partners, referring physicians, and medical professionals.
Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new patients and expand our healthcare services.
Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Represent the hospital at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Prepare and present marketing materials like business proposals and power point presentations to clients ad partners.
Provide strategic periodic reports to senior management on the progress and effectiveness of business strategies.
Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards and ensure that the facility keeps up to date on them.
Work closely with the executive team to align business development efforts with the hospital’s strategic goals.
Work with the digital marketing team to develop and implement publicity strategies and campaigns for the hospital’s social media platforms.
Requirements
Candidates should possess B.Sc. Degrees with 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.
