Reports to: CEO Vodnet NigeriaJob PurposeGenerates IT (information technology) sales and business, develops relationships with new clients, makes sales visits and presentations, maintains advanced knowledge of products and services, and establishes and meets sales goals within the Oil and Gas industry.
Job Duties

Lead sales & marketing efforts tailored to the internet connnectivity and solutions industry with primary focus on securing contracts in the Oil & Gas sector. 
Implement business development activities that would lead to securing Oil and Gas contracts.
Prepare sales proposals, develop & manage Oil and Gas contracts, perform sales activities, maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
Assist in the acquisition of service level agreements or service contracts with potential target customers requiring inspection & testing services which includes, but not limited to, tapping potential clients, preparing & submission of bids and quotations
Track sales team metrics and share them with company management.
Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing
Assesses client needs and makes recommendations, including equipment and service packages
Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients in the Oil and Gas industry 
Demonstrates equipment to highlight product benefits
Negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
Provides technical advice after sales with the help of technical staff 
Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet these goals

Educational QualificationBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Marketing
Skills and Qualifications

 Experience with Sales and Marketing ( preferablly Oil and Gas Industry) 
Successful sales targets achievements and strong desire to overachieve revenue goals
Track record of business/account plan development and execution.  
Strong sales skills including business justification, negotiation and closing
Knowledge of Relevant Products and Sales
Written and Verbal Communication
 Interpersonal Communication
Negotiation Skill 
Critical Thinking
Technical Sales Skill
 Attention to Detail.

Experience: 4 – 6 years experience in similar role
