Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
Expand market presence by introducing and scaling new products, driving business growth.
Identify and research new market opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and expansion areas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
Develop and present compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives and profitability targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of business objectives.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
Track and report on sales performance, revenue targets, and business development activities.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.
