Business Development Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Lagos. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating and implementing sales strategies, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

7 years experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Knowledge of the training or consulting industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
