Job Description
As a Business Development Manager at Heights Access Nigeria Limited, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients and other construction stakeholders, and driving growth initiatives that align with our mission to improve client sustainability.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the construction equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction equipment market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and construction stakeholders.
To contact our target segment’s top management in order to generate enquiries and interest in our value propositions and service offerings.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies and plans that build customer loyalty, brand awareness, enquiries and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and agreements to clients.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and capitalize on market opportunities.
Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management.

Requirements
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Master’s Degree could be an Advantage
Minimum of 10 and 6 years of working and similar role Experiences Respectively
Experience:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the construction equipment industry.
Strong understanding of the construction equipment market, including specification, engineering, procurement, and execution processes.
Marketing Strategy Development, Planning, Execution & Management Experience
Experience in marketing and sales of industrial or capital products and services
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
