Business Development Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align business development strategies with company goals.
Develop and manage sales forecasts, reports, and other business development metrics.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in a business development or sales management role.
Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
Strong understanding of the industry and Lagos market trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently ,Lead a team or as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
