About the Role:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager who is a results-driven professional passionate about leadership and growth to lead our Client Account Management, Customer Service, and Sales Units in a fast-growing legal tech firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the operations of the Client Account Management, Customer Service, and Sales teams.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance client relationships and maximize revenue.
Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
Monitor team performance, set targets, and provide mentorship.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 5 years experience in business development, account management, or a similar managerial role.
Proven track record in sales, client relationship management, and customer service.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of the legal or tech industry is an advantage.
