Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / HND: A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, Mass communications, or any related field.
Proven Experience: At least 1-3 years of proven experience in business development, marketing or sales, or a related field within the advertising or media industry
Skills and Competencies:
Marketing and Business Development:
Strong understanding of the sales/marketing process, from lead generation to closing of business deals.
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities effectively.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Certification in CIM/ARCON will be an added advantage.
