Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic BDM to generate sales for our firm. The Candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting our services to them and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients, establishing strong relationships.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Present the company’s services in a compelling and professional manner.
Collaborate with the PROFIT CENTRE to develop effective strategies and achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Requirements

Minimum of a HND / BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Geology, Physics, Other Sciences and Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years experience in sales and marketing of services.
Sales-driven mindset, motivated to achieve business objectives.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
