Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategies to grow market presence and customer base.
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
Proposal and Contract Management:
Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Negotiate terms to secure favorable agreements.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets.
Track and report on business development performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to align efforts with company goals.
Ensure smooth execution of projects from proposal to delivery.
Building Internal and External Relationships:
Identify and develop opportunities to strengthen relationships and enhance company growth.
Manage customer relations to improve visibility and reputation.
Explore potential partnerships and market expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
3 – 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the agribusiness or engineering sector.
Proven track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and market analysis tools.
Knowledge of the engineering industry is a significant advantage.
