Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities, resolving issues and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services and brand.
Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Monitor and analyze competitors and market dynamics to inform strategy.
Track and report on business development metrics and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the real estate industry.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
