We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive our South-South and South-East team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business strategies to drive AUM growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications:
First degree in any discipline from a reputable higher institution.
Minimum of 8 years and above of experience in business development in the pension industry.
Strong understanding of the pension industry and regulatory environment in Nigeria.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
