Job Summary
As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager to drive our credit operations and expand our business portfolio.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Assess creditworthiness of potential clients and recommend credit facilities.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals to attract new clients.
Contribute to the company’s growth strategies by identifying emerging market trends and opportunities.
Oversee the loan portfolio to ensure timely repayments and minimal default rates.
Develop and implement credit policies and risk assessment strategies.
Work collaboratively with other departments to design and implement client-focused financial solutions.
Prepare periodic reports on credit activities, business development progress, and market trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and credit management in the financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial products.
Proven track record of achieving business development targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
