Our growing company is in need of experienced and resourceful Business Development Executives to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We are searching for candidates that have solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. First and foremost, we are looking for candidates who understand how to leverage and capitalize on business trends and opportunities. We are looking for managers who are customer-obsessed and ready to solve the changing needs of our clients. Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage a diverse team in an evolving industry landscape. Adequate training will be provided but passion and desire to succeed is germane.
Responsibilities:
Identifying new sales leads
Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients / investors
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
Skills Required:
Strong communication and IT fluency
Creative presentation ability
Excellent Sales approach and good understanding of sales process.
Goal getter and target driven individual
In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Skill in prioritizing and time management
Attention to detail
Qualifications:
Candidate should have at least OND/HND, B.Sc. in Business Administration, Economics and any other related Social Sciences from any reputable higher institution.
Years of Experience:
1-5 Years post NYSC experience
