Business Development Executive Office Cleaner

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and engage potential clients, establishing strong relationships.
Answer questions about service or the company
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Present our products and services in a compelling and professional manner.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.
Enter and update customer information in the database
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of a BSc in sales or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales in Consulting Firms or related.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Sales-driven mindset, motivated to achieve business objectives.
Proficient in Microsoft office tools
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
