Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Sales & Marketing:
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services.
Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product development and service offerings.
Administrative:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Assist with the development of sales forecasts and budgets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
2+ years relevant work experience.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the medical diagnostic industry and its key players.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
