Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be the face of WDC to corporate clients. Your mission will be to establish and grow relationships with companies, identify their training needs, and position WDC as their go-to training partner.
Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients to promote WDC’s training programs.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers in organizations.
Develop customized proposals and presentations to meet clients’ training needs.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with our training team to tailor solutions that align with client goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine our offerings and strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or corporate partnerships (preferably in education or training services).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Familiarity with corporate training trends is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
