Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives to spearhead our expansion into the IT, Telecoms, and Power sectors. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in business development, sales, and strategic partnerships, with a deep understanding of these industries. They will be responsible for identifying opportunities, acquiring clients, and driving revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT, Telecoms, and Power sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
Develop strategies to penetrate high-value accounts and secure long-term contracts.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Sales & Revenue Generation
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Prepare and present compelling business proposals and pitch decks.
Negotiate and close deals that align with the company’s goals and client needs.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Strategic Partnerships & Networking
Establish relationships with industry stakeholders, regulators, and partners.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to increase visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor industry trends, policy changes, and competitor activities.
Provide regular market insights and recommendations to management.
Prepare reports on business development activities, pipeline, and conversion rates.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field.
3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
Proven experience in Consulting will be an advantage, track record of winning deals and expanding market presence in IT, Telecoms, or Power sectors.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics.
