Business Development Associate (Financial Services)

The company is seeking to hire a result-driven Business Development Associate who will support the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and assisting in the implementation of collections and marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

Market Research:

Conduct research to identify potential clients, target markets, and emerging business opportunities.

Lead Generation:

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, or digital channels and nurture them into viable prospects.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Collection Support:

Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals.

Presentations:

Prepare and deliver product or service demonstrations to potential clients.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to align business development efforts.

Data Management:

Use CRM tools to track client interactions, manage sales pipelines, and report on key metrics.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
1-3 years of experience as a business development, sales, or marketing Associate.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
Negotiation and networking abilities.
