Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify premium vendors and evaluate partnership opportunities
Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new vendors through diverse channels (e.g. physical visits, cold calls, networking. social media).
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to foster loyalty and trust,
Represent the company at industry events to build visibility and connections
Negotiate agreements and finalize SLAs in collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
Proven experience in business development. sales, or vendor acquisition. preferably in the Agric/Poultry sector.
Strong negotiation. communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools
