Business Developement Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identifying and Developing New Business Opportunities:
Researching and identifying potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
Developing and implementing targeted business development strategies.
Generating leads and nurturing relationships with prospects.
Identifying new revenue streams and growth areas.

Building and Maintaining Relationships:

Building strong relationships with current and potential clients.
Attending industry events and networking to expand the professional network.
Managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales and Marketing Support:

Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
Collaborating with marketing teams to create and implement marketing campaigns.
Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

Negotiating contracts, partnerships, and agreements to secure favorable terms.
Managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Reporting and Analysis:

Tracking and analyzing sales performance and business development metrics.
Preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts.
Supporting the team with other responsibilities as required.

Strategic Planning:

Developing and implementing business development plans and strategies.
Setting goals and objectives for business and revenue growth.
Overseeing the execution of business development projects and initiatives

Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
Arrange for meetings and presentations
Achieve allocated sales revenue targets
Conduct regular market intelligence activities
Contribute to the development of health care plans
Contribute to the development of the company’s marketing and sales plan

Requirements

Minimum of B.Sc. 2nd class division in Marketing, Insurance or any other relevant field
Must be a resident in Abuja
Excellent driving skills
Professional qualifications in marketing
HMO Experience is an added advantage
Knowledge of the operations of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) will be an added advantage
Excellent selling and customer relationship skills
Good presentation skills
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English
Must be a team player, able to build and maintain effective and collaborative sales and marketing network
Must be able to take responsibility and demonstrate a high level of integrity in dealing with all stakeholders
Must have knowledge of the environment.
